We are lucky enough to have year-round access to a beautiful chalet in the Northern French Alps, so much of our writing on France is focussed around the Haute-Savoie region.
South of Lake Geneva, the region borders Switzerland and includes Europe’s highest peak, Mont Blanc. It’s mountainous geography is great for adventure-seekers, particularly for those interested in gnarly extreme sports.
Matt has been skiing in the region for the best part of decade and we have been to the Alps together every summer since 2012. We hope our posts reflect the best of the region in the warmer months, as well as the typically popular winter season.
